When I started experimenting with keto cake, I had the idea of creating a keto gooey butter cake… and here it is in all it’s glory 🙂 I hope you enjoy this keto dessert recipe as much as we do!

In Need Of Nutrition Advice? Take A Look At This
Proper nutrition often appears to be an intimidating task. What should you be eating and exactly how much do you need? It is these questions that people ponder when figuring out what they can do to be more nutritious. This article provides the answers you need to eat healthy.
It is very important to get ample lean protein; however, many people do not. Steak and other red meats that are lean give you the best source of protein. Other good sources of protein are found in chicken and pork. Protein fills you up and helps with muscle growth. This makes it very important for your diet.
Make sure you read labels on all prepared foods carefully. Just because something is labeled “reduced-fat” doesn’t mean it is nutritionally sound. Often, they are loaded with unhealthy ingredients like sugar and lots of salt. When shopping for healthy meals, stay away from processed foods. The label should list ingredients that are common enough for people to understand. Steer clear of any product with a laundry list of artificial ingredients.
Eat about 600 to 900mg of garlic daily. It can prevent many diseases, such as heart disease and cancer. Garlic has naturally occurring properties that can improve your organ health, such as anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. Garlic can be consumed by extracts, as well as in it’s natural form.
Swapping unhealthy food for better food options can be a great way to get started towards a more healthy diet. Get to know the different nutritional profiles of the foods you eat, get to know your options, and choose healthier alternatives. Recently, restaurants have begun providing a nutrition guide. This makes it easier to make smart choices.
Put the above tips to use and come up with a plan to make and keep your life healthier. You will look and feel so much better.
