Paleo / Keto Hot and sour Chicken dry fry | paleo / keto chicken recipes | Jokitchen recipes
The recipe of hot and sour chicken dry fry doesn’t contain much wet ingredients like onions and tomato. The spicy and tangy taste of it with a very simple set of ingredients gives a different taste and light.
I used minced green chillies, it can be replaced with Thai red chillies too.
A must try recipe…
400g chicken ( used chicken wings and drumlets)
1 Tbsp butter
3 green chillies minced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp vinegar ( I used apple cider vinegar)
Coriander for garnishing
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
1 tsp pepper powder
Combine the ingredients under marination and marinate the chicken for about min 30mins to 1 hour, keep inside the refrigerator.
Heat butter in a wide pan and place marinated chicken pieces, cover with a lid for 3-4 mins, open and flip to the other side and cook for another 3-4 mins. Add little water sprinkle it if needed.
Add green chillies, chilli powder, vinegar and salt, stir well until the chillies incorporate with the chicken pieces well.
Serve as a side dish .

Top Facts Concerning Bettering Your Personal Nutrition
Nutrition starts when you start paying attention to your health needs. The marketing of smart nutrition can help here. The tips here will help you better your diet and give your body what it needs.
Many people assume salad is good for them. While the vegetables are indeed good for you, the dressing is not. Creamy dressings can add fat and calories to an otherwise healthy meal. A light vinaigrette is healthier option, as is making your own fresh dressing out of olive oil and vinegar. Simply adding a few cranberries and walnuts to your salad is also an excellent idea.
Eat a daily multivitamin to supplement your nutrition. Although it is better to get minerals and vitamins from actual food, taking a daily multivitamin helps fill in the gaps.
Always include breakfast in your plans for any diet intended to meet your nutritional requirements. Not only does breakfast help your metabolism, but it also provides you with vitamins and nutrients.
Because they’re cheaper to make, easier to control, and generally tastier, highly-processed grain products have become more common than whole grain ones. There is no argument that white flour is a better choice for some baked goods. However, whole grains give a lot more flavor than the processed ones, and their fiber aids with digestion.
Make sure fresh, pure, filtered water is available all day long. Limit milk and juice consumption to a couple of meals and do not offer it all the time. A constant intake of juice or milk over the course of the day will wear down the appetite and make people less hungry at mealtimes.
As you can see from the previous list of tips, nutrition can really make a difference in the quality of your life. Although this process does require a good amount of effort on your part, when all is said and done you will live a much more healthier and happier life.
